The Carol Sing is one of the Old Church’s best-loved traditions and, for many families in St. Thomas, the proper beginning of Christmas. The church is lit, the pews fill, and everyone sings.
It is one of the few occasions in the year when the building is used much as it was intended to be used. The 1889 Karn organ, silent for several years before its 2024 restoration, now accompanies the singing again.
The date is confirmed each autumn and announced on our Facebook page and by email.
